BOW TIES WITH SAUSAGE, TOMATOES AND CREAM
A friend gave this recipe to me a few years back, and my family can't seem to get enough of it. It sounds strange with cream in it, but that just enhances the flavor and texture. This is a very easy recipe.

Tips:
- For the best flavor, use high-quality beef broth. You can also use chicken broth, but the flavor will be less intense.
- If you don't have bow-tie pasta, you can use any other short pasta, such as penne, rigatoni, or fusilli.
- To make the sauce creamier, add a tablespoon of heavy cream or sour cream. You can also add a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
- If you like spicy food, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper to the sauce.
- For a more colorful dish, add some chopped fresh herbs, such as basil, parsley, or chives.
- Serve the pasta with a side of crusty bread or garlic bread.
