1 French bread (Bagette Bread)
1/4 cup butter (softened)
1 teaspoon beau monde spice (or just sprinkle lightly)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or just sprinkle lightly)

Steps:

  • Cut French Loaf Lengthwise.
  • Butter each side of the bread with the butter.
  • Sprinkle each with Beau Monde Spice and Garlic Powder.
  • Bake for about 7-9 minutes 350 degrees
  • **Please note that I just use Country Crock butter from the tub and sprinle the spices on the bread. The receipe needed measurements so they are approximate.**.

1 long loaf of french
1 Tbsp poppy seeds
1 c butter, melted
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp beaumonde seasonings, ( divided ) if you don't have beaumonde seasoning mix 1 tsp. celery seed and 1 tsp. garlic ,minced
1/4 c minced, green onions
1 lb swiss cheese, sliced and then slice the slice in half
heavy aluminum foil

Steps:

  • 1. Pre- Heat oven to 350 - Cut bread across the top Diagonally, But not all the way through, as if you were slicing it to serve. . Poke cheese into each cut slot.
  • 2. into the melted butter add the, Poppy Seeds, Dry Mustard, 1 1/2 tsps. of the Beaumonde seasonings or the ( minced garlic and celery seed mixture ) and the minced green onions.
  • 3. Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil , Lay pieces of Heavy Aluminum foil out Long enough to completely cover the Bread, Place Bread on the foil laid out, pour the seasoned butter over the Bread, and sprinkle the remaining Beaumonde seasoning over the top of loaf and. Wrap the Bread in the foil and place on foil lined Baking Sheet. Bake for 30 Minutes .

12 slice swiss cheese
1 lb butter (softened) yes! 1 pound
1 Tbsp onion, grated
1 tsp mustard, prepared
2 tsp lemon juice, fresh
1 tsp poppy seeds
1 Tbsp beau monde seasoning

Steps:

  • 1. Slice french bread on the diagonal, 3/4 of the way through the bread. Make sure that you do not cut all the way through the bottom of the bread.
  • 2. Place one slice of cheese in each slice of bread.
  • 3. Mix remaining ingredients together and spread evenly over top of bread.
  • 4. Wrap loaf in foil and bake at 325-degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!

1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
2 teaspoons dried dill
2 teaspoons beau monde seasoning
