1 (16 ounce) package hot dogs , cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 (28 ounce) can baked beans with pork
⅔ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, combine the hot dogs, baked beans, ketchup, cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and parsley. Mix to blend, and bring to a boil. Turn heat to low, cover, and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

1 pkg all meat hot dogs
3 cans pork and beans, drained
1/2 cup bottled BBQ sauce
2 T brown sugar
1 pkg corn bread mix (like Jiffy)
1/4 cup milk
1 egg

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350. Coat 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook hot dogs until nicely browned, about 3 minutes per side. Remove from pan and cut into 1/2 inch pieces on the bias. In a large bowl, mix hot dogs, beans, BBQ sauce, and brown sugar. Spoon into the baking dish. Prepare corn bread per package directions and spread evenly over top of casserole. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes until bubbly. May be served hot or slightly warm.
