Tips:
- Use fresh basil: Fresh basil has a more intense flavor than dried basil, so it's best to use it whenever possible.
- Don't overcook the tortillas: Tortillas should be cooked just until they are heated through and slightly browned. Overcooking will make them tough and chewy.
- Use a good quality cheese: The type of cheese you use will have a big impact on the flavor of the tortilla wedges. Use a cheese that melts well and has a flavorful taste.
- Add your favorite toppings: Once the tortilla wedges are cooked, you can add your favorite toppings. Some popular options include salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and Pico de Gallo.
Conclusion:
Basil cheese tortilla wedges are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack. They are perfect for parties or potlucks, and they can also be served as a main course. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can create a delicious and satisfying meal that everyone will enjoy.
