3 cups cold 2% milk
1 package (5.1 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 medium firm banana, sliced
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Additional sliced strawberries and bananas, optional

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let set for two minutes or until soft-set. Add the banana, strawberries and pineapple., Transfer to a large serving bowl. Dollop with whipped topping. Drizzle with chocolate syrup; sprinkle with pecans. Top with additional strawberries and bananas if desired.

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
½ cup butter, melted
1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), divided
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple
3 cups milk
2 (2.5 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 ½ cups sliced strawberries
2 bananas, sliced
chocolate syrup, or to taste
12 maraschino cherries

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine flour, pecans, and butter in a bowl; press into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until crust is lightly browned, about 20 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Mix 1 1/2 cups whipped topping, cream cheese, and confectioners' sugar together in a bowl; spread over cooled crust. Layer pineapple over cream cheese mixture layer.

1 1/2 c ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 c light brown sugar, firmly packed
1 1/3 c milk
2/3 c egg substitite
5 c bread cut into 1 inch cubes
3/4 c miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
frozen whipped topping, thawed
sliced strawberries

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350'. Spray a 11 x 7 baking dish with cooking spray. Beat bananas, sugar, milk and egg product with a wire wisk.
  • 2. Fold in bread cubes,1/4 cup chocolate chips and vanilla. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with remaining chips. Bake 40-45 minutes until golden brown and set.
  • 3. Cut into wedges and tope with whipped cream and sliced strawberries. ENJOY !

  • Use ripe bananas for the best flavor.
  • If you don't have a piping bag, you can use a resealable plastic bag with the corner snipped off.
