- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine flour, pecans, and butter in a bowl; press into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until crust is lightly browned, about 20 minutes. Cool completely.
- Mix 1 1/2 cups whipped topping, cream cheese, and confectioners' sugar together in a bowl; spread over cooled crust. Layer pineapple over cream cheese mixture layer.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350'. Spray a 11 x 7 baking dish with cooking spray. Beat bananas, sugar, milk and egg product with a wire wisk.
- 2. Fold in bread cubes,1/4 cup chocolate chips and vanilla. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with remaining chips. Bake 40-45 minutes until golden brown and set.
- 3. Cut into wedges and tope with whipped cream and sliced strawberries. ENJOY !

- Use ripe bananas for the best flavor.
- If you don't have a piping bag, you can use a resealable plastic bag with the corner snipped off.
