Tips:

  • To make the brownie layer extra fudgy, use melted chocolate instead of cocoa powder. For a chewier texture, reduce the amount of flour.
  • For a gooey caramel, cook the sugar and corn syrup until it reaches a deep amber color. Be careful not to overcook, as it can easily burn.
  • To make the whipped cream topping, use heavy cream instead of milk. This will result in a thicker, more stable topping.
  • If you don't have a piping bag, you can use a resealable plastic bag with the corner snipped off.
  • To make the pie ahead of time, bake the brownie layer and let it cool completely. Then, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. When ready to serve, thaw the brownie layer at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Then, assemble the pie and serve.

Conclusion:

This banana split brownie pie is a delicious and decadent dessert that is perfect for any occasion. With its layers of chocolate brownie, caramel, whipped cream, and bananas, it's sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it.
