3 ripe bananas, mashed

1 egg
Peanut or Canola oil, for deep frying
1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 cup water, for double boiler

Steps:

  • To make the fritters: Combine the flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl and mix. 2 tablespoons milk
2 eggs
1 tablespoon margarine, melted
1 cup all-purpose flour

1 pinch ground nutmeg
1 quart oil for frying
1 cup confectioners' sugar for dusting
