BANANA BLONDIES

Banana Blondies image

These are fudgy and rich! I've used peanut butter for ease but you can replace with cashew or almond butter as long as they're quite liquidy ones. I like to decorate them with a sliced banana on the top before baking but it's not necessary if you don't want to put them on there.

Tips:

  • Use ripe bananas. The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your blondies will be.
  • Mash the bananas well. This will help to ensure that they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  • Do not overmix the batter. Overmixing can make the blondies tough.
  • Bake the blondies until they are just set. Overbaking can make them dry and crumbly.
  • Let the blondies cool completely before cutting them. This will help to prevent them from falling apart.

Conclusion:

Banana blondies are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion. They are moist, chewy, and full of banana flavor. With a few simple ingredients, you can make a batch of blondies that will be enjoyed by everyone.
