SHEET-PAN BALSAMIC-PARMESAN CHICKEN & VEGETABLES
This flavorful dish--with the combination of balsamic vinegar and Parmesan cheese--makes a great weeknight meal since it requires little legwork (and only one pan!). The marjoram adds a distinct earthy aroma. If you don't have marjoram in your spice arsenal, you can use dried oregano instead. Both have a woodsy flavor that complements the dish beautifully.

Tips:
- Use high-quality balsamic vinegar: The quality of the balsamic vinegar you use will greatly impact the flavor of the dish. Look for a balsamic vinegar that is aged for at least 12 years and has a rich, complex flavor.
- Don't overcrowd the pan: When roasting the chicken and vegetables, make sure not to overcrowd the pan. This will prevent the vegetables from cooking evenly and the chicken from browning properly.
- Roast the chicken and vegetables at a high temperature: Roasting the chicken and vegetables at a high temperature will help to caramelize the vegetables and give the chicken a crispy skin.
- Baste the chicken and vegetables with the balsamic vinegar mixture: Basting the chicken and vegetables with the balsamic vinegar mixture will help to keep them moist and flavorful.
- Let the chicken and vegetables rest before serving: Letting the chicken and vegetables rest before serving will help the juices to redistribute, resulting in a more tender and flavorful dish.

Balsamic roast chicken and vegetables is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The balsamic vinegar adds a rich, tangy flavor to the chicken and vegetables, and the roasting process creates a crispy skin on the chicken and caramelized vegetables.
