- Cut each chicken wing in half at joint. Mix oil, cilantro, soy sauce, 2 tablespoons garlic, ginger and 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper in large bowl. Add chicken wings and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Using tongs, transfer chicken wings to large baking sheet. Bake until cooked through and golden brown, about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine vinegar, sugar, water, chili-garlic sauce, remaining 1/2 tablespoon garlic and remaining 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper in medium saucepan. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer until glaze mixture thickens to syrup consistency, about 20 minutes.
- Transfer baked chicken wings to large bowl. Pour glaze over; toss to coat. Place chicken wings atop steamed white rice. Sprinkle with green onions.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 500 degree's.
- 2. Into a sauce pan. Combine all of the sauce ingredients. Mix well.
- 3. Bring sauce to a boil on high heat. Reduce heat to medium low. Check and stir. It should be Cooked in about 15 minutes, or until thick. Remove from heat.
- 4. With a sharp knife. Cut tips from wings. Discard tips. Break at joint. Cut wings in half. You should have two pieces for each wing.
- 5. Place half of the sauce in a large bowl. Toss the wings pieces in half of the of sauce to coat.
- 6. Place wings on foil lined baking sheet. Bake on center rack at 500 degree's for about 15 minutes, or until browned.
- 7. Remove wings from oven and pour of grease. Flip wings and place back in oven. Bake another 15 minutes or until tops are browned. Place remaining sauce in a large clean bowl.
- 8. Remove wings from oven. Place in the bowl of sauce. Toss until coated with a large spoon.
- 9. Remove wings from bowl to platter. Serve hot. Keep plenty of napkins nearby. Enjoy!

- Cut chicken wings into three sections; discard wing tip section. Set wings aside. In a small saucepan, combine the honey, soy sauce, oil, chili sauce, salt, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and ginger. Cook and stir until blended and heated through. Cool to room temperature. , Place the chicken wings in a large resealable plastic bag; add honey mixture. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight., Drain and discard marinade. Place wings in a well-greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 30 minutes. Drain; turn wings. - Coat chicken wings in flour that has been seasoned with salt. Heat enough vegetable oil in a large skillet on stovetop to fry wings until crisp. Remove wings from skillet, drain on paper towels and set aside. (Wings can also be baked in the oven without the flour.)
- Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in frying pan and add ginger, cook for 1 minute. Add in honey and stir for an additional minute. In a separate bowl, combine corn flour, water, hot sauce, lemon juice, and soy sauce, then add mixture to pan. Stir until sauce boils and thickens. Add in chicken wings and combine with sauce until thoroughly heated. Add shallots and cook for 1 more minute.
- Serve Buffalo Wings with blue cheese dressing, carrots and/or celery sticks.
