HONEY BAKED CHICKEN
This is one of my winter recipes. It bakes for an hour, and I won't use my oven that long in the summer (too hot).

Tips for Making the Best Baked Honey Nut Chicken
- Use fresh, boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs. This will ensure that the chicken is tender and juicy.
- Marinate the chicken in the honey-nut mixture for at least 30 minutes. This will help the chicken to absorb the flavors of the marinade.
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit before baking the chicken. This will help the chicken to cook evenly and prevent it from drying out.
- Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes, or until it is cooked through. The chicken is cooked through when it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Serve the chicken immediately with your favorite sides. Some popular sides for baked honey nut chicken include rice, noodles, and vegetables.
