1 tablespoon 2% milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2/3 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325°. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in milk and vanilla. Combine flour and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in dates and nuts. , Roll into 1-in. balls. 14 tablespoons butter
1 cup pitted chopped dates
1 cup white sugar
2 cups crispy rice cereal (such as Rice Krispies®)
1 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar, or as needed
