1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups shredded process cheese (Velveeta)
1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
1/3 cup dill pickle juice
1/3 cup 2% milk
Optional: chopped avocado, tomato, lettuce, and bacon

Steps:

  • On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to a 1/8-in.-thick circle; transfer to a 9-in. deep-dish pie plate. Trim to 1/2 in. beyond rim of plate; flute edge. Refrigerate 30 minutes. 1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tubes (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
2 large eggs
1 large egg, separated
6 slices process American cheese
1 tablespoon water

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, mushrooms, parsley, salt, oregano and pepper; set aside., Unroll 1 tube of crescent dough and separate dough into eight triangles. 1 pound lean ground beef
¼ cup chopped onion
¼ cup chopped green bell pepper
½ cup tomato sauce
½ cup dried bread crumbs, seasoned
½ teaspoon seasoning salt
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
½ cup tomato sauce
½ cup cocktail sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  • 1. In 10-inch skillet, mix beef and ketchup. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally; Spoon into ungreased 9- or 10-inch glass pie plate. stir in relish and 1 cup of the cheese.

½ cup shortening
4 tablespoons cold water

1 small onion, chopped

⅓ cup dill pickle juice
⅓ cup milk
½ cup chopped dill pickles
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese, divided

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • To Make Pat-in-Pan Pastry: In a medium bowl, mix 1 1/3 cups flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cut in shortening until mixture resembles tiny peas. 1 small onion, chopped
2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic (or to taste)
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 -2 teaspoon dried chili pepper flakes
seasoning salt (or use white salt)
pepper
1/4-1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (10 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
2 large egg yolks
3 large egg whites
5 -6 slices kraft american cheddar cheese
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Steps:

  • Lightly grease a 9 or 10-inch pie plate.
  • In a large skillet brown the ground beef with onion, garlic, bell pepper, oregano and chili flakes (if using) drain fat, season with seasoned salt and black pepper, then mix in 1/4-1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
