1 cup apricot preserves
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 garlic clove, minced

Steps:

  • Cut chicken wings into three sections; discard wing tips. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; pour 1/2 cup into a large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade., Drain and discard marinade. 10 ounces apricot jam
1/4 cup olive oil
2 1/2 tablespoons country Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons freshly grated orange zest (from about 2 oranges), plus orange wedges, for garnish, optional
3 to 4 garlic cloves, crushed
3 to 4 branches fresh rosemary, leaves stripped and chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, heat the jam until melted, about 2 minutes.
  • Transfer the jam to a large baking dish. Add the olive oil, mustard, honey, soy sauce, orange zest, crushed garlic, rosemary, 3/4 teaspoon salt and some pepper and mix until combined. 1 (10.75 ounce) can low-sodium chicken broth
¾ cup apricot preserves
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water

  • Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Brown chicken in heated skillet.

1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoons chili sauce
2 teaspoons salt

4 lb chicken wings, tips removed, and cut at the joint or use drum sticks
1 tsp kosher salt
1 c apricot preserves (such as simply fruit)
1 clove garlic, mashed
1 Tbsp chopped fresh ginger
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes or hot sauce to taste
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
1 tsp balsalmic vinegar
1/2 tsp cumin
2 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
fresh lime wedge for garnish

  • 1. Season wings with salt. Heat grill to medium high.
  • 2. In the bowl of a food processor (small if available), combine preserves, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, lime juice, vinegar, and cumin process until smooth. Add chives.
