1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, shredded
1 cup Fontina cheese, shredded

1 (16 ounce) can water-packed artichoke hearts, drained, quartered
2 loaves baguette, spiced to 3/4-in thick pieces

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F Grease 8 x 8-in glass baking dish.

Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients. Fresh artichokes and spinach will give your dip the best flavor.
  • Don't overcook the artichokes. They should be tender but still have a little bit of a bite to them.
  • Use a good quality cheese. The cheese is one of the main ingredients in this dip, so it's important to use a cheese that you love.
  • Don't be afraid to experiment. This recipe is a great base, but you can feel free to add other ingredients that you think would taste good, such as sun-dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, or crumbled bacon.
  • Serve the dip warm. This dip is best served warm, so make sure to reheat it if it has been refrigerated.

Conclusion:

Baked artichoke spinach dip is a delicious and versatile appetizer that is perfect for any occasion. It's easy to make, can be made ahead of time, and can be served with a variety of dippers. So next time you're looking for a crowd-pleasing appetizer, give this recipe a try.
