3 tablespoons butter, melted
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons capers, drained
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon paprika

Steps:

4 tilapia fillets
1 vidalia onion
2 tomatoes
3 lemons
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Cut the onion into 8 slices.
  • Cut the tomatoes into 8 slices.
  • Juice one lemon and slice the other two lemons into 8 slices.
  • Wash filets.
  • Place each filet on a 12" piece of heavy-duty foil.
