AIR FRYER BACON WRAPPED JALAPEñO POPPERS
How big your jalapeños are will determine how much filling you need. You may have some leftover. You can use for a future batch or to stuff mushrooms or other delicious uses. If desired, you can use just a half slice of bacon per popper, but we prefer a whole slice. If using a half slice, you may need to stretch the bacon it get it to wrap around the popper nicely. All air fryers are different and some cook much hotter than others. Once you cook your first batch, you'll know more of what works for your model of air fryer and size of food.

KETO AIR FRYER JALAPENO POPPERS
Three ingredients and 10 minutes in your air fryer are what's needed to make these keto-friendly, bacon-wrapped jalapeno poppers. Try different flavors of cream cheese for variety! Thick-cut bacon does not work well, so use regular bacon. Halving the bacon lengthwise makes it easier to wrap around the peppers.

AIR FRYER JALAPEñO POPPERS WITH BACON
These bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers were my dad's go-to party recipe and always a huge hit! He baked them in the oven, but I've discovered they cook in the air fryer in less than one-fourth of the time!

Yield 10 large or 20 small jalapeño poppers
Number Of Ingredients 5
Steps:
- Preheat an air fryer to 375 degrees F (if preheating is necessary; see Cook's Note for oven directions).
- Slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise and remove the ribs and seeds (see Cook's Note). Using a small rubber spatula or spoon, fill the jalapeño halves with the cream cheese. If using large jalapeños, wrap each half with 1 slice of the bacon, tucking in the ends. (If using smaller jalapeños, cut each slice of bacon in half crosswise before wrapping.)
- Place the jalapeños (cream cheese side up) in a single layer in the air fryer and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the bacon is cooked through and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly and sprinkle with the cilantro and lime juice, if using, and serve!
Tips:
- Choose the right jalapenos: Look for firm, plump jalapenos with smooth skin and no blemishes. Avoid any jalapenos that are bruised or have soft spots.
- Wear gloves when handling jalapenos: The capsaicin in jalapenos can irritate your skin, so it's important to wear gloves when handling them. If you do get capsaicin on your skin, wash it off with soap and water immediately.
- Remove the seeds and ribs from the jalapenos: This will help to reduce the heat level of the poppers. You can use a spoon or a paring knife to remove the seeds and ribs.
- Use a variety of fillings: You can fill your jalapeno poppers with a variety of ingredients, such as cheese, bacon, sausage, shrimp, or vegetables. Get creative and experiment with different flavors.
- Cook the poppers until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted: This will ensure that the poppers are cooked through and delicious.
- Serve the poppers immediately: Jalapeno poppers are best served fresh out of the air fryer. They can be served as an appetizer, snack, or main course.
Conclusion:
Bacon-wrapped jalapeno poppers are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack. They are perfect for parties or game days. With the air fryer, you can make jalapeno poppers that are crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, without all the added oil. So next time you're looking for a tasty and crowd-pleasing snack, give these bacon-wrapped jalapeno poppers a try.
