4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2/3 cup barbecue sauce, divided
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp, stirring occasionally.
