2 cups diced apples
2 tablespoons white sugar, divided
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
¾ cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 egg
1 ½ teaspoons bourbon whiskey
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup oat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chopped cooked bacon

2 apples, peeled, sliced
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon bourbon
2 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
2 cups real maple or maple-flavored syrup
2 tablespoons bourbon
1 teaspoon butter

Steps:

  • In 10-inch skillet, melt 3 tablespoons butter over medium-high heat. Add apple slices; stir to coat with butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
