I think this dish is great as is but if you really don't like much salt in your food I would only add half of the onion soup mix. This recipe is weight watchers core when made without the addition of the optional cheese.

1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
4 tablespoons Minute brown rice
1 (1 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
1 lb Coleslaw
1 (398 ml) can tomato sauce
1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
3/4 cup water
2 cups cheese, shredded (optional)
