  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray or line with muffin liners.

1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon soft butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

Steps:
