  • Pour the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of oil into the skillet, and add the shrimp. Cook, stirring occasionally, until pink and opaque. Tips:

  • Use large shrimp: Medium shrimp can be used, but large shrimp will make the fajitas more substantial and easier to eat.
  • Marinate the shrimp: This will help to tenderize the shrimp and infuse them with flavor. The longer you marinate the shrimp, the more flavorful they will be. For best results, you should marinate them for at least 30 minutes.
  • Cook the shrimp over high heat: This will help to sear the shrimp and prevent them from becoming rubbery.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: If you overcrowd the pan, the shrimp will not cook evenly.
  • Serve the fajitas immediately: Fajitas are best served hot and fresh. If you need to make them ahead of time, you can cook the shrimp and vegetables and then reheat them before serving.

Conclusion:

Shrimp fajitas are a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is perfect for any occasion. They are perfect for a weeknight dinner or a weekend party. They are also a great way to use up leftover shrimp. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy meal, give shrimp fajitas a try. You won't be disappointed!
