Tips:

- For the perfect dough: Ensure that the milk and butter are warm, not hot. This will help activate the yeast and result in a soft and fluffy dough. - Kneading the dough properly is essential for developing the gluten and giving the rolls their structure. Knead for at least 5 minutes, until the dough is smooth and elastic. - Don't overproof the dough. After the first rise, punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a rope about 12 inches long. - Place the rolls in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover them with plastic wrap and let them rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes, or until they have doubled in size. - Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 375°F for 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden brown. - Make the cider glaze while the rolls are baking. Simply whisk together apple cider, butter, brown sugar, and spices in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. - Brush the glaze over the warm rolls as soon as they come out of the oven. - Enjoy the rolls warm, with a cup of coffee or tea.
