Steps:
- 1. Over medium heat in a medium sauce pan, combine the apple butter, white chocolate chips, vanilla and cinnamon. Stir until chips are melted.
- 2. Cut the cream cheese into about 6 chunks and add to the pan, stir until the cheese starts melting, then finish blending with a mixer until smooth. This doesn't take but a minute.
- 3. Pour into serving dish, chill or can be eaten warm. Great with apples and would be great with Mexican cinnamon tortillas. Enjoy!
APPLE DIP
This was a childhood memory that I was craving, so I called my nanny and she gave the recipe to me. The second I tasted it, I was flushed with happy thoughts. It tastes like caramel! Enjoy with slices of apples for a healthy snack! Be creative: You can add peanut butter, nuts or chocolate sauce, or try using strawberry flavored cream cheese. Have fun and enjoy!

FLUFFY APPLE DIP
Our taste panel simply raved about this fast, fabulous dip! "It's a family favorite beginning with the fall apple harvest right through New Year's," says Sharon Parks of Adair, Illinois. She uses red, green and yellow apples to make it more colorful.

FALL APPLE DIP (2)
This is different from the other "Fall Apple Dip" posted as my recipe uses yogurt. It is so good, creamy, and pretty healthy, too!

- Beat rapidly with electric mixer until smooth and fluffy. The consistency will be almost like frosting.
- Serve with sliced Granny Smith apples or other fruits; I have not found any fruit that this doesn't pair well with.

Tips:
- Choose the right apples: Use firm, tart apples like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp. This will give your dip a good balance of sweetness and tartness.
- Don't overcook the apples: If you cook them for too long, they will become mushy and the dip will be too thin. Cook them just until they are soft enough to mash.
- Use a good quality cream cheese: A full-fat cream cheese will give your dip a rich and creamy texture. Avoid using low-fat or non-fat cream cheese, as this will make the dip too thin.
- Don't overmix the dip: Overmixing will make the dip too smooth and creamy. It should have a little bit of texture.
- Serve the dip chilled: This will help the flavors to meld together and will make the dip more refreshing.
Conclusion:
Autumn Apple Dip is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that is perfect for any occasion. Made with fresh apples, cream cheese, whipped cream, and spices, this dip is sure to be a hit with everyone. Serve it with your favorite dippers, such as apple slices, graham crackers, or pretzels. Enjoy!
