1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes

  • Place the rice, 2 cups of water, the coconut milk, sugar and the salt in a medium saucepan and stir to combine.
