1 tablespoon milk
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 slice cold apple pie, cut into chunks (from 9-inch pie)

Steps:

  • In blender, place ice cream, milk and cinnamon. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add pie chunks; cover and blend until smooth, stopping blender to scrape down sides if necessary.

2 cups diced Fuji and Granny Smith apples
2 tablespoons apple cider
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
28 ounces vanilla ice cream
2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy
10 shortbread cookies

Steps:

  • Place the butter and apples over medium heat in a heavy-bottomed skillet. Cook until the apples are tender, about 5 minutes.
