1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
1/2 pound ham, thinly sliced
1 medium Fuji apple, cored and cut into 1/4-inch-thick rings
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

Steps:

1 granny smith apple
fresh ground pepper
1 loaf of rustic Italian bread
2/3 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Steps:

  • Drain tuna and place in a medium-size bowl. Add mayonaise, lemon juice, celery and red onion.
