This is from my Betty Crocker party book. It is a great cold appetizer that uses a lot of ingredients that you have on hand. It is a delicious filling that would make a great sandwich too. The strawberry with the nuts and the poppy seed dressing is so flavorful. Enjoy ChefDLH.

Steps:
- 1. Let cream cheese come to room temperature
- 2. Take one tortilla at a time, lay flat and spread with cream cheese. You can mix flavors and fillings.
- 3. Spread tortilla with pineapple cream cheese and lay ham slices on top. Roll the tortilla and seal the flap with cream cheese.
- 4. Spread tortilla with chive and onion cream cheese and lay turkey slices on top. Roll the tortilla and seal the flap with cream cheese.
- 5. Spread tortilla with blueberry cream cheese and roll the tortilla to seal the flap with cream cheese.
- 6. Spread tortilla with plain cream cheese and lay shredded cheddar cheese over whole thing. Roll and seal the flap with cream cheese.
- 7. Mix and match the flavors using the ingredients you have assembled. After they are all rolled, slice them with sharp knife into one inch slices. About 6 per roll.
- 8. Arrange them on a platter and cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve. They will disappear and your guests will love the variety!
Tips:
- Mise en place: Before you start assembling the roll-ups, make sure you have all of your ingredients prepped and ready to go. This will make the process much smoother and less stressful.
- Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: The fresher your ingredients, the better your roll-ups will taste. Look for produce that is ripe and in season, and use high-quality deli meats and cheeses.
- Don't overstuff the roll-ups: If you overstuff them, they will be difficult to roll and may fall apart. Aim for a filling that is about 1/2-inch thick.
- Use a sharp knife to cut the roll-ups: A sharp knife will give you clean, even cuts. If you use a dull knife, the roll-ups may tear or become ragged.
- Chill the roll-ups before serving: This will help them to firm up and make them easier to slice. You can chill them for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
Conclusion:
Appetizer roll-ups are a delicious and versatile snack or appetizer that can be made with a variety of ingredients. They are perfect for parties, potlucks, or just a quick and easy meal. With a little planning and preparation, you can create delicious and impressive roll-ups that your guests will love. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy appetizer, give these roll-ups a try!
