Tips:

  • Use fresh or frozen peas. Fresh peas will give you the best flavor, but frozen peas are a good option if you don't have fresh peas on hand.
  • Don't overcook the peas. Peas should be cooked until they are tender but still have a slight bite to them. Overcooked peas will be mushy.
  • Use a good quality curry paste. The curry paste is what gives the curry its flavor, so it's important to use a good quality paste. Look for a paste that is made with fresh, flavorful ingredients.
  • Adjust the amount of curry paste to your taste. The amount of curry paste you use will determine the spiciness of the curry. If you like a mild curry, use less paste. If you like a spicy curry, use more paste.
  • Serve the curry with rice or naan. Curry is traditionally served with rice or naan. Rice is a good choice if you want a mild curry, and naan is a good choice if you want a spicy curry.

Conclusion:

This two-step green pea curry is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The curry is made with fresh or frozen peas, a good quality curry paste, and coconut milk. It is simmered until the peas are tender and the curry is flavorful. Serve the curry with rice or naan and enjoy!
