Tips:

  • To ensure tender and juicy pork chops, choose chops that are at least 1 inch thick and have a good amount of marbling.
  • Brining the pork chops in a mixture of water, salt, and sugar for at least 30 minutes before grilling helps to keep them moist and flavorful.
  • Season the pork chops generously with your favorite spices and herbs before grilling. A simple combination of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder works well.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat before cooking the pork chops. This will help to create a nice sear on the outside of the chops while keeping the inside moist.
  • Cook the pork chops for 8-10 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat.
