RASPBERRY ALMOND KISS COOKIES
So easy and tasty too. I got this recipe from my mother in law years ago. I prefer them without the kisses however they are good with or without them.

Steps:
- Combine in stemmed mug with whipped cream.
Tips:
- Use a kitchen scale to measure the ingredients accurately, as this will ensure that the macarons are the correct consistency.
- Make sure the egg whites are at room temperature before you start baking. This will help them to whip up more easily and give the macarons a light and airy texture.
- Whip the egg whites until they are stiff peaks. This means that when you lift the whisk out of the bowl, the peaks of the egg whites should stand straight up.
- Add the sugar to the egg whites gradually, while continuing to whip. This will help to prevent the egg whites from deflating.
- Fold the almond flour and powdered sugar into the egg whites gently, until the mixture is just combined. Over-mixing will make the macarons tough.
- Pipe the macarons onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure to space them out evenly, as they will spread slightly during baking.
- Let the macarons rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking. This will help to form a skin on the surface of the macarons, which will prevent them from cracking in the oven.
- Bake the macarons in a preheated oven at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-18 minutes, or until the tops are set and matte.
- Let the macarons cool completely before filling them. This will help to prevent the filling from seeping out.
Conclusion:
Almond kisses are a delicious and elegant treat that are perfect for any occasion. With a little patience and attention to detail, you can easily make these macarons at home. Be sure to experiment with different flavors of filling, such as chocolate, vanilla, or fruit, to create your own unique almond kisses.
