Place the pan on a cooling rack and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Transfer from the pan to the rack (use the parchment overhang) and let cool completely. Slice and serve.

Tips:

  • Choose the right almond flour: Use finely ground almond flour for a smooth and consistent texture.
  • Measure ingredients accurately: Almond flour can be tricky to work with, so be precise with your measurements.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing can make the bread tough, so mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Let the batter rest: Allowing the batter to rest for 15-20 minutes before baking will help the almond flour absorb the liquid and produce a more tender crumb.
  • Bake at the right temperature: The ideal baking temperature for almond flour bread is 350°F (175°C). This will help to prevent the bread from over-browning and ensure that it cooks evenly throughout.
