8 ounces large portobello mushrooms, gills discarded, finely chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
4 ounces whole-milk ricotta cheese
10 flour tortillas (8 inches)

Steps:

  • In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms; saute 4 minutes. Add oregano, thyme, pepper flakes and salt; saute until mushrooms are browned, 4-6 minutes. 1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup plain bread crumbs
½ cup panko bread crumbs
½ tablespoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
1 pound small cremini mushrooms
1 serving nonstick cooking spray

Steps:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Beat eggs in a bowl. Combine flour, all bread crumbs, kosher salt, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, paprika, and seafood seasoning in a separate bowl.

1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
12 sheets frozen phyllo dough, thawed
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • Preheat air fryer to 325°. Combine walnuts, sugar and cinnamon., Place 1 sheet of phyllo dough on a 15x12-in. piece of waxed paper; brush with butter. Place a second phyllo sheet on top, brushing it with butter. (Keep remaining phyllo covered with a damp towel to prevent it from drying out.) Sprinkle with 1/4 cup walnut mixture. Using waxed paper, roll up tightly jelly-roll style, starting with a long side, removing paper as you roll. Slice roll into 4 smaller rolls. Brush with butter; secure with toothpicks. 4 slices bacon
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 (10 ounce) can mushrooms, drained and finely chopped
4 ounces cream cheese
14 slices bread
1/4 cup butter, melted

Steps:

  • In a skillet, cook bacon, onions and mushrooms until tender.
  • Add cheese,combine and set aside.
  • Trim crusts from bread and flatten slices slightly with rolling pin.
  • Spread each slice with approximately 2 Tbsp of mixture.
