1 cup pickle juice from the jar
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

  • Add the pickle juice and raw chicken wings to a gallon-sized Ziploc bag, and marinate for at least 5 hours in the fridge (or longer if you really like that pickle juice flavor).

1 cup buttermilk

1 1/2 cups panko
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Kosher salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 teaspoons ketchup
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
