1 whole chicken about 5 lbs
granulated garlic
salt & pepper
and i used herbes de provence, you can use any other spices you wish, but this really made it taste awesome

Steps:

  • 1. First, you want to remove giblet packet from chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Next season both sides of the chicken with garlic, salt pepper and herbs to taste. Place chicken in fryer breast side down and set to either your chicken setting or 360 and cook for 30 min. 1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
