Tips:
- Choose the right bell peppers: For a stir-fry, it's best to use bell peppers that are firm and have a deep color. Avoid peppers that are bruised or have soft spots.
- Slice the bell peppers and onions evenly: This will help them cook evenly. You can use a sharp knife or a mandoline to slice the vegetables.
- Use a hot wok or skillet: A hot pan will help to sear the vegetables and prevent them from becoming soggy.
- Don't overcrowd the pan: If you overcrowd the pan, the vegetables won't cook evenly. Cook the vegetables in batches if necessary.
- Stir-fry the vegetables until they are tender-crisp: You don't want to overcook the vegetables, or they will become mushy. Stir-fry them until they are just tender and still have a bit of a crunch.
- Season the vegetables with your favorite seasonings: You can use salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, or any other seasonings that you like.
- Serve the stir-fry over rice, noodles, or your favorite grain: This will make a complete and satisfying meal.
