Tips:
- Use high-quality chocolate chips. The better the chocolate chips, the better the cookies will be. Look for chocolate chips that are made with real cocoa butter and have a high percentage of cacao.
- Chill the cookie dough before baking. This will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much.
- Bake the cookies at a high temperature for a short amount of time. This will give the cookies a crispy exterior and a chewy interior.
- Don't overmix the cookie dough. Overmixing will make the cookies tough.
- Add your favorite mix-ins. This recipe is a great base for adding your favorite mix-ins, such as nuts, dried fruit, or candy.
Conclusion:
These A-to-Z Everything But the Kitchen Sink Chocolate Chip Cookies are the perfect cookies for any occasion. They're easy to make, delicious, and can be customized to your liking. So next time you're in the mood for a sweet treat, give these cookies a try!
