1 lb. bow tie pasta
1 lb. mild pork sausage
1 large onion, chopped
2 (26 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
1 lb. cubed, cooked ham
1/2 - 1 lb. sliced pepperoni
3 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. chopped garlic
1 tsp. dried oregano

Steps:

  • Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente. Cook sausage, garlic and oregano with onions until the juices run clear. In a lightly greased 9" x 13" pan, pour a small amount of sauce to lightly coat bottom of pan. Layer the ingredients in the order listed below: 1st. layer - 1/3 of pasta, 1/3 of the remaining sauce, 1 bag of mozzarella cheese, sausage and onion mixture. 2nd. layer - 1/2 of remaining pasta, 1/2 of remaining sauce, 1 bag of mozzarella cheese, ham. 3rd. layer - the remaining pasta, all remaining sauce, 1 bag of mozzarella cheese, all the pepperoni (completely cover the entire top of casserole with pepperoni). 1 lb uncooked ziti or other tubular pasta
1/2 lb bulk Italian sausage
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 cans (15 oz each) pizza sauce
8 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1/2 package (3.5-oz size) sliced pepperoni
2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend (8 oz)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 3-quart casserole with cooking spray. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package using minimum cook time. Return to saucepan.
  • Meanwhile, in 12-inch skillet, cook and stir sausage, onion, bell pepper and garlic over medium-high heat about 7 minutes or until sausage is no longer pink and onion is softened. Stir in pizza sauce, bacon and pepperoni. Pour mixture over cooked pasta; stir. Spoon half of pasta mixture (about 4 cups) into casserole. Sprinkle with 1 cup of the cheese. 1 lb uncooked penne pasta
1 lb mild italian sausage
1 large onion, medium chop
2 jar(s) large classico traditional tomato and basil pasta sauce
1 lb prosciutto, cubed
1/2-1 lb sliced pepperoni
24 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
6 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp dried oregano

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  • 2. Cook pasta in salted and oiled water until al dente.
  • 3. Cook sausage, garlic and oregano with onions until the juices run clear.
  • 4. Spray a 9x13 baking dish. Pour a small amount of sauce in the bottom of the dish to coat.
  • 5. First layer of ingredients: 1/3 of pasta, 1/3 of sauce, 8oz mozzarella cheese, 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, all the sausage and onions.
