Tips:

  • Choose the right zucchini: Select medium-sized zucchini that are firm and have smooth, unblemished skin. Avoid zucchini that are too large, as they may be tough and seedy.
  • Slice the zucchini evenly: Cut the zucchini into 1/4-inch thick slices. This will ensure that they cook evenly.
  • Use a well-seasoned skillet: A well-seasoned skillet will help to prevent the zucchini from sticking. If you don't have a well-seasoned skillet, you can use a nonstick skillet.
  • Cook the zucchini over medium heat: Cooking the zucchini over medium heat will help to prevent them from browning too quickly. Cook the zucchini for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are tender and slightly browned.
  • Season the zucchini with salt and pepper: Season the zucchini with salt and pepper to taste. You can also add other seasonings, such as garlic powder, onion powder, or paprika.
  • Serve the zucchini hot: Zucchini is best served hot. You can serve it as a side dish or as a main course.
