Tips:

  • Choose the right zucchini: Smaller, younger zucchini tend to have fewer seeds and a milder flavor.
  • Grate the zucchini coarsely: This will help to prevent the cookies from becoming too moist.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing can make the cookies tough.
  • Chill the dough before baking: This will help to prevent the cookies from spreading too much.
  • Bake the cookies until they are just set: Overbaking will make the cookies dry.
  • Let the cookies cool completely before frosting: This will help to prevent the frosting from melting.

Conclusion:

Zucchini bar cookies are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They are a great way to use up extra zucchini from your garden, and they can also be made with a variety of other ingredients, such as chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruit.
