1/4 cup butter, melted
2 pounds zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/2 cup grated carrots
1 can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
1/2 cup whole milk
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon pepper
6 pork loin chops (1 inch thick and 8 ounces each)
Water or additional milk

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine two-thirds of the stuffing mix with butter; place half in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. 1 tablespoon butter
1 small onion (diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 ¼ cups chicken broth (not low sodium)
salt & black pepper (to taste )
½ cup heavy cream
sour cream and fresh dill (for garnish )

Steps:

  • Dice zucchini into ½ " pieces, do not peel.
