2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
1 carton (15 ounces) ricotta cheese
1 large egg, beaten
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
40 wonton wrappers
Oil for deep-fat frying
Marinara or spaghetti sauce, warmed

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients., Position a wonton wrapper with one point toward you. (Keep remaining wrappers covered with a damp paper towel until ready to use.) 1/4 cup egg substitute
1-1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 package (12 ounces) wonton wrappers
Cooking spray
Sweet-and-sour sauce, optional

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook the pork, turkey and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a large bowl. 6 ounces bulk sweet Italian sausage links
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
40 wonton wrappers
oil (for frying)

Steps:
