Time 40m

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 c flax meal
5 egg whites
2 whole eggs
5 Tbsp flax seed oil, coconut oil, or olive oil
2 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 c water
3 pkg stevia

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all dry ingredients then add the wet.
  • 2. Whisk together and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.

Tips:

  • Use a food processor or blender to grind the flaxseeds into a fine powder. This will help the bread have a smooth texture.
  • If you don't have a food processor or blender, you can grind the flaxseeds in a coffee grinder.
  • Be sure to measure the almond flour and flaxseed meal accurately. Too much or too little of either ingredient can affect the bread's texture.
  • If you don't have baking powder, you can use 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon of cream of tartar.
  • Be sure to grease the loaf pan before baking the bread. This will help prevent the bread from sticking to the pan.
  • Bake the bread for the full amount of time. Underbaking the bread will make it dense and gummy.
  • Let the bread cool completely before slicing it. This will help prevent the bread from crumbling.

Conclusion:

Zero-carb bread is a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional bread. It's easy to make and can be enjoyed by people on a low-carb or ketogenic diet. This bread is also a good source of fiber, protein, and healthy fats. So, if you're looking for a bread that is both tasty and nutritious, zero-carb bread is a great option.
