Tips:

  • Use fresh pumpkin puree. Fresh pumpkin puree has a more intense flavor than canned pumpkin puree. To make your own pumpkin puree, simply roast a pumpkin in the oven until tender, then scoop out the flesh and puree it in a food processor.
  • Don't overmix the cheesecake batter. Overmixing the cheesecake batter can result in a dense, crumbly cheesecake. Mix the batter just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the cheesecake in a water bath. Baking the cheesecake in a water bath helps to prevent the cheesecake from cracking. To create a water bath, place the cheesecake pan inside a larger pan filled with hot water.
  • Chill the cheesecake for at least 4 hours before serving. Chilling the cheesecake allows the flavors to meld and the cheesecake to set properly.

Conclusion:

These pumpkin cheesecake bars are a delicious and festive treat that are perfect for any occasion. They are easy to make and can be customized to your liking. Whether you like your cheesecake plain or with toppings such as whipped cream, fruit, or caramel, these bars are sure to please everyone.
