Tips:

  • For a delightful lemon flavor, use freshly squeezed lemon juice and lemon zest. Avoid using bottled lemon juice, as it can be less flavorful.
  • To achieve a moist and tender texture, do not overmix the batter. Overmixing can result in a dense and dry loaf.
  • For a golden-brown crust, brush the top of the loaf with melted butter before baking.
  • Allow the loaf to cool completely before slicing and serving. This will help to prevent the bread from crumbling.
  • Store the leftover lemon bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

This delectable lemon bread recipe is a perfect treat for any occasion. With its moist and tender texture, tangy lemon flavor, and golden-brown crust, it is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it. Whether you enjoy it as a snack, dessert, or breakfast, this lemon bread is a delicious and versatile addition to any recipe collection.
