2 lb hamburger
salt and pepper to taste
a little brown sugar
1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can(s) tomato soup-undiluted
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup-undiluted
1 pkg 16 oz egg noodles
1 pkg 8 oz processed cheese, like velvetta (i used a little bit more)

Steps:

  • 1. Brown hamburger with salt, pepper, brown sugar and onion, drain, then add tomato soup
  • 2. cook egg noodles, drain, and add the chicken soup to the noodles
  • 3. layer hamburger mixture and noodle mixture in casserole dish with the processed cheese between the layers. And that's it. It couldn't be easier.
  • 4. bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.

1 pkg. noodles (12 - 16 oz.)
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove minced garlic
2 Tbs. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. green peas
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 - 1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
salt to taste, about 3/4 tsp.
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. season-all
6 slices toasted and crumbled bread mixed with 5 Tbs. melted butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Cook noodles according to al-dente package directions.
  • Cook and crumble ground beef, onion, and garlic. Drain any excess fat.
  • Mix cream soups, sour cream, cheese, and seasonings. Add noodles, beef, and peas. Stir to mix.
  • Pour noodle mixture into a 9 x 13" greased baking dish.
  • Toast and crumble bread slices and mix with melted butter. Spread the crumbles over the top of the casserole.
  • Bake, covered with foil, for about 25 minutes. Then remove the foil and continue baking for another 20 - 25 minutes. Serve immediately.

2 lb burger
1 medium onion chopped
6 clove garlic minced
salt and pepper
1/4 c brown sugar
1 can(s) tomato soup 10 3/4 oz
16 oz egg noodles
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
1 lb velveeta sliced

Steps:

  • 1. Add the burger, onion, and garlic in a frying pan and cook until the burger is no longer pink. Drain. Add the brown sugar, salt and pepper. Stir in the can of tomato soup. Add the fresh parsley
  • 2. Cook the noodles in salted boiling water and drain. Stir in the can of cream of chicken soup and fresh parsley
  • 3. Preheat oven 300 degrees. In a 9X15 pan add some oil. Layer the half the burger mixture. Top with cheese slices. Layer with half the noodle mixture. Then add the remaining burger mixture more cheese slices. Then add the remaining noodle mixture. Finish with the cheese slices.
  • 4. Bake for 1 hour
