1 cup all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
3 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoons 2% milk
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda. In another bowl, combine the egg, yogurt, oil and milk. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon grated nutmeg
¼ cup white sugar
6 tablespoons butter, melted
1 egg
1 cup low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup blueberries
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup white sugar
¼ cup chopped almonds
¼ cup butter
½ teaspoon almond extract

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
  • Combine 2 cups flour, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, and 1/4 cup sugar in a large bowl. Beat 6 tablespoons butter, egg, yogurt, and vanilla extract in a bowl. 1 cup packed light brown muscovado sugar
1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
Pinch ground allspice
6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup molasses
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line two 12-cup muffin tins with paper baking cups and spray the papers with nonstick cooking spray.
