YELLOW BIRD
This is a drink I like to do for 2 people. For 2 people, it's strong and fun :) But it can be for 3 or 4 people. I always use Tropicana Orange juice in drinks. This comes from there : http://www.barmeister.com/drinks/recipe/1695/?o=by_letter

PUERTO RICAN YELLOW BIRD COCKTAIL
I visited the Bacardi distillery in Puerto Rico and it was a really neat tour. They had so many different kinds of rum, that my hubby looked like he was in heaven! This is a refreshing tropical drink that uses Bacardi light rum. This recipe is from Carnival Cruise Line, which is who we took our Caribbean cruise with. Enjoy!

YELLOWBIRD (COCKTAIL)
Bird was called Yellowbird by her father, and he sung her the song of the same name by the Mills Brothers. Now here's a tasty drink from the Caribbean Islands of the same name. Drink with thoughts of laying in a hammock on a sandy beach... under a banana tree. NOTE: I went on a Carnival cruise in July 2009... the 2nd day drink special were these and they were sooo good! They made them using pineapple juice, so I've edited the recipe to use that in lieu of lemon juice. Definitely better!

Tips:
- For a more savory filling, add cooked bacon, ham, or sausage to the chicken mixture.
- If you don't have any green onions, you can use a small onion, finely chopped.
- To make the filling ahead of time, simply combine all of the ingredients and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. When you're ready to assemble the yellow birds, just bring the filling to room temperature before using.
- If you don't have any wonton wrappers, you can use egg roll wrappers instead. Just be sure to cut them into smaller pieces so that they're easier to work with.
- Be careful not to overfill the yellow birds, or they will be difficult to fold and seal.
- To ensure that the yellow birds are cooked through, fry them until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve the yellow birds with your favorite dipping sauce, such as soy sauce, sweet and sour sauce, or duck sauce.
Conclusion:
Yellow birds are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that is perfect for any occasion. They are sure to be a hit with your friends and family. So next time you're looking for a fun and festive snack, give yellow birds a try!
