1/2 teaspoon cumin, ground
1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, drained and diced
1/3 cup cheddar cheese, fat-free and shredded
1/4 red onion, sliced
1 tomatoes, sliced
4 sandwich thins whole wheat

  • Add plenty of seasonings. This will help the burgers taste more delicious. Be sure to include salt, pepper, garlic, onion, and paprika. You can also add other spices, such as cumin, chili powder, or cayenne pepper.
  • Use a cooking spray. This will help prevent the burgers from sticking to the pan.
  • Cook the burgers over medium heat. This will help prevent them from burning.
