6 oz. spaghetti
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cooked and shredded
1 egg
1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
5 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
1/2 cup French's fried onions

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Cook spaghetti according to the directions on the package, then drain.
  • In a large mixing bowl add the sour cream, egg, garlic and onion powder. Whisk together.
  • Add the spaghetti, chicken, cheese and spinach and stir together.
  • Spray a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray and add the ingredients to it. Sprinkle with the onions and cover tightly with foil.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and cook an additional 5 minutes.

Marinate Ingredients:
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tsp minced garlic or 1 tsp garlic powder
Chicken Ingredients:
4 ( 4oz.) boneless, skinless chicken (I use thinly sliced chicken breasts)
8 slices of hormel precooked black label bacon or center cut bacon slices
4 Tbsp sugar free bbq sauce (I use G. Hughes Sugar Free BBQ Sauce)
2 oz. light 3 blend cheese ( I use Trader Joe's lite 3 cheese blend)
4 green onions (sliced and diced for garnish)
1/4 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

Steps:

  • In a zip lock bag combine all marinate ingredients and chicken breasts. Close bag and flip around until all ingredients are incorporated. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
  • Preheat lightly greased cast iron grill or outdoor grill to medium heat.
  • Place chicken breasts on grill and cook until chicken is no longer translucent in the middle.
  • After the chicken is finished cooking, transfer the chicken breasts to baking sheet covered in parchment paper or foil. Be sure to spray foil with non stick cooking spray.
  • Spread 1 Tbsp of sugar free barbecue sauce over each chicken breast.
  • Top each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon and and a 1/2 oz. of the light cheese. Place the baking sheet in an oven and set oven to 350 degrees and cook until cheese is melted.
  • Remove from oven and garnish with green onions and/or tomatoes.

4 (5 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup teriyaki marinade sauce
½ pound bacon
2 tablespoons butter
1 small onion, cut into long slices
1 small green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 (8 ounce) package fresh mushrooms, coarsely chopped
4 slices mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • To Marinate: Place chicken in a nonporous glass dish or bowl. Pour marinade over chicken and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate to marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Remove chicken from the marinade and place in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Reserve 1/3 cup marinade and discard the rest.
  • Bake chicken in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
  • Meanwhile, place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain and set aside.

1/4 cup hormel real bacon bits

3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
5 dashes garlic
5 dashes salt
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup of shredded monterey jack cheese
8 slices apple-smoked bacon
8 tablespoons barbecue sauce, of your choice

Steps:

  • Mix the honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and salt together and place chicken breasts in it. Add enough water to bring the marinade up to the middle of the chicken breast.
  • OR.
  • Mix together the marinade (as mentioned above) and place into a ZipLoc bag large enough for all the chicken breasts to fit inches Add water until the marinade reaches the top of the chicken breasts.
  • Marinate for as close to 8 hours as possible.
  • To cook:.
  • Bake, Broil, Grill or Skillet Fry, either way works well. Chili's grills (and I prefer grilled). Choose your preferred method and cook until the breasts are done.
  • While the breasts are cooking, fry up the bacon until CRISP!
  • When the chicken is done, top each breast with 2 tbsps of BBQ sauce, two strips of bacon and 1/4 cup of shredded cheese.

½ cup butter, divided
½ cup chopped onion
8 large mushrooms, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
½ cup chicken stock
1 teaspoon celery salt
½ teaspoon white pepper
½ cup white wine
1 ½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup all-purpose flour
salt and pepper to taste
8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pounded thin

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
